With no pictures, Facebook and LinkedIn show a preview card for the link. With pictures or a video, and always on Instagram, the link is added to the end of the words.
Goes up as a comment on every account the post goes to, a few seconds after the post. Instagram comments take up to 300 characters and one link.
An admin schedules this. Save it as a draft and an admin can schedule it from Drafts.
